Merge feature/bots-ladders: OpenCE network version 32 (HDR off in VR, Ringfall's host bots kept), bots climb ladders and take partial paths

Ringfall: Mjolnir VR is an unofficial VR mod for Halo: Combat Evolved. It needs a disc image of your own, purchased Xbox copy of the game; no game files are included.
