Merge upstream/main (2026-10-22): co-op script fixes, cached high_res_hud, menu cursor

Mjolnir VR is an unofficial VR mod for Halo: Combat Evolved. It needs a disc image of your own, purchased Xbox copy of the game; no game files are included.

The other files are for the built-in updater and the Steam Frame installer (those named ringfall-… / Ringfall…: the same, for the builds before the name Mjolnir VR).
