Platform-for-learning-Rust v1.2.0

Description:

This release introduces first version of the platform that is open for preview and testing.
It contains an example lesson in directory backend/lessons named 'Rust - Pierwsze początki'.

Start-up:

First and most convenient way is to run platform in docker.
Alternatively You can prepare system environment and install eligible technologies
described in READEME.md file. Afterwards run properly backend and frontend sides of the platform.

Both ways have instructions specified in README.md file. You have to just follow them accordingly.
