- Add user languages, onboarding, and UI locale (gettext, migrations, Langler.Languages)
- Internationalize all put_flash messages via Gettext
- Study: unify add/remove word to deck into single handle_deck_word_action
- Settings: add <.settings_page> and <.config_list_card>; use in LLM, TTS, Google Translate
- Refactor accounts.enable_language and gettext seed for Credo; component tests for new slots
