WWPG 0.1.0-beta.5 — Stationary completion
WWPG 0.1.0-beta.5 completes the declared stationary factory support for Create: Electro Energetics and Power Grid.
What you can do
Build mixed factories with generation, storage, motors, pumps, lights, heating, transformers, voltage regulation, FE conversion and stationary Nether power links. Both native wire systems and handheld meters work across the two mods. Use all 11 built-in CEE panel attachments and all 28 built-in PG board components, including saving, reopening, copying and assembling circuit designs.
Optional CC;CPG: Pinout 0.2.1 + CC:Tweaked 1.120.2 adds computer-controlled pins using the add-on's native Lua API. The base installation does not require either mod.
This release fixes saved design-table loading and inventory saving, fuse saving and repair wiring, small CEE diode updates, and a reproduced nonlinear component crash during chunk unloading. The computer demonstrations have clear lamp outputs and a short relay delay.

Verification and limits
All eight Windows/Linux x native/Java x BASE/PINOUT CI configurations pass 204 base or 208 optional packaged checks, three consecutive cold restarts and five actual representative assembly unload/reload cycles. Pinned upstream circuits and analytical expectations check electrical behavior. All eight CI jars match the released jar byte for byte. Passing CI.
The exact downloadable worlds also pass three cold restarts on both solvers, full Windows graphical tours (148/150 views), and two real multiplayer clients in each profile/backend combination, including native design editing and Lua-controlled lamps, boards and panels. Final verification.
Existing beta.4 worlds and identities remain compatible. Earlier published artifacts are unchanged. Moving trains/contraptions, other add-ons, broad versions, large-server certification, asynchronous solving and a public extension API remain later work. Native upstream limitations and older failures whose original cause remains unproven are documented in current status.
Final documentation and release tooling also pass all eight PR #20 CI jobs and CodeQL. Their jars match the released jar.
WWPG 0.1.0-beta.4 - Restart and chunk reload fixes
This beta improves restoring your factory after leaving and returning to an area or restarting the world. It publishes the restart and chunk-loading corrections from PR #7.
What changed for players
- Wires survive slow chunk loading. Power Grid could treat a saved wire as missing while Minecraft was still loading it. WWPG now waits for the chunk's saved entities to load before starting the normal missing-wire cleanup timer. Wires that are actually missing still get cleaned up.
- Circuit-board capacitors keep their saved charge. A restored Power Grid board could save a temporary zero reading over its retained charge before its first electrical update. It now saves the capacitor's stored voltage instead.
- Restoration tests check the right state. Tests deliberately delay loading, check capacitor charge before the circuit can recharge, and require power to return promptly once the saved wires are ready.
Beta.4 includes the previous grounding, handheld-meter, heater-example, and startup-registration fixes. The supported stationary equipment, dependency versions, and native solver resources are unchanged. Your existing example and expanded-yard worlds do not need replacing. The update cannot recover wires or charge already lost and saved by an older version.
Update your installation
- Stop Minecraft and your server, and back up the world.
- Replace the older WWPG jar with
wwpg-0.1.0-beta.4.jaron the server and every client. Keep only one WWPG jar inmods. - Keep the existing dependencies and PG settings, then restart.
Use Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.231, Java 21, Create 6.0.10-280, CEE 1.21.1-1.1.3, Power Grid 0.6.2, and Architectury 13.0.8. PG uses multiTicks = 16 with solverBackend = "NATIVE"; Java remains a tested fallback. Set these values before loading the world.
Validation and remaining issues
The final beta.4 jar passed 123 packaged tests in separate creation and restart processes on Windows and Linux, with native and Java solvers. The versioned-jar CI passed all four jobs on their first attempt; its downloaded jars match the local release jar byte for byte. Checks also cover four electrical equations, saved upstream reference circuits, and creation/restart of both example worlds. The exact downloaded expanded yard passed native and Java automated-server checks before and after saving/restarting each copy. Beta.4 changes only version metadata relative to the tested PR #7 jar; the release verification record compares their contents.
With both restoration fixes disabled, the two new regression tests reproduce premature wire cleanup and capacitor charge loss; the other 121 tests pass. The earlier intermittent failures did not record loading readiness or stored charge at the failing instant, so we cannot conclusively identify the cause of every historical zero reading. Passing current checks do not establish that every possible reload problem is fixed.
PG 0.6.2's circuit design-table saved-design load error remains open. The expanded yard excludes a placed design table. New graphical-client and two-player runs are not claimed for beta.4; their evidence remains in the earlier release records. Moving systems, optional integrations, and very large grids remain outside this beta's scope.
See installation instructions, supported equipment, and current status and evidence. WWPG's own code and documentation are MIT licensed; bundled PG native resources retain Apache 2.0 attribution. Earlier beta downloads and checksums are preserved.
WWPG 0.1.0-beta.3 - Grounding fix
This beta fixes incorrect power readings and circuit behavior after ground connections change. Adding or removing a ground, changing the circuit's voltage reference, or unloading a ground rod's chunk now updates the electrical equations correctly while keeping the existing circuit objects.
It includes beta.2's handheld-meter compatibility, startup-registration fix, and working heater demonstration. Supported equipment and dependency versions are unchanged.
Update your installation
- Stop Minecraft and your server, and back up the world.
- Replace the older WWPG jar with
wwpg-0.1.0-beta.3.jaron the server and every client. Keep only one WWPG jar inmods. - Keep the existing dependencies and PG settings, then restart. Your existing expanded yard and panel-demo worlds do not need to be downloaded again.
Use Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.231, Java 21, Create 6.0.10-280, CEE 1.21.1-1.1.3, Power Grid 0.6.2, and Architectury 13.0.8. PG uses multiTicks = 16 with solverBackend = "NATIVE"; Java remains a tested fallback. Set the electrical timestep before loading the world. WWPG includes the same verified Windows/Linux native solver resources as beta.2.
Checks and remaining issues
The suite contains 121 packaged electrical, gameplay, lifecycle, and startup checks, including three regressions for physical-ground changes, reference changes, and actual ground-rod chunk unload/reload. Windows and Linux are checked with both native and Java backends, including saved upstream reference circuits and example-world restarts.
Real Windows native/Java clients check the final versioned jar in the downloaded expanded yard: 69 stations, 54 synchronized gauges, factory switching and capacitor delay, panel lamp control, and 282 retained PG wires. The yard covers 85 of 134 declared behavior groups, including all 28 built-in PG board components and all 11 CEE panel attachment types. Parts cabinets are inventory rather than extra live tests. Two-client multiplayer and handheld-item interaction evidence comes from earlier checks and is not claimed as a new beta.3 run.
Known issues remain: an intermittent circuit reading of 0 V after chunk reload, an intermittent board-capacitor reading of 0 V after restart, and PG 0.6.2's circuit design-table saved-design load error. Passing retries do not establish the causes of the intermittent failures; the grounding fix does not claim to resolve them.
WWPG 0.1.0-beta.2 — Meters, burner, and startup hotfix
Expanded test yard: Download the new world. Use your existing beta.2 mod jar and the dependency versions below. Extract WWPG Expanded Test Yard into saves, then open WWPG - Expanded Test Yard in Minecraft.
Try seven transformer/variac circuits, both mods' meter banks, every built-in PG board component and CEE panel attachment, switches, motors, and storage. Change transformer ratios and compare voltage, operate panel controls and watch lamps, or trip and reset a breaker. The original pump, heater, and RUN/OFF relay factory is included. Goggles, meters, and a guidebook are in the spawn chest; follow the white path to the labeled stations.
The yard has live examples for 85 of 134 supported behavior groups, including all 28 board component types and 11 panel attachment types. Remaining equipment is supplied in labeled parts cabinets. Loose collectable construction wires are cleaned before export; all 282 connected PG wires are retained. A placed PG design table is excluded because of its saved-design load error; the earlier intermittent reload/restart issues also remain open.
Native/Java creation, restart, and reopening the exact ZIP passed, along with all four Windows/Linux CI jobs. See the station guide, world-specific evidence, checksums, and known issues. Earlier downloads remain available below.
Updated example world: Download the panel/board lamp demo (revision 2). It works with this beta.2 mod jar. Extract its separate WWPG Example - Panel Demo folder into saves and choose WWPG - Panel Relay Demo in Minecraft.
With an empty hand, flip Factory enable on the northern CEE panel. The PG relay board powers the lamp on the green RUNNING base. Switch off: the board capacitor holds it on for roughly three seconds, then power transfers to the lamp on the red OFF base. Switch on again to restore RUN. Signs explain the controls; goggles and meters are in the spawn chest. The panel reads about 18.4 V / 0.15 A while on; the active lamp branch draws about 0.30 A.
Creation/restart and the exported ZIP passed with both solvers. The revision-specific evidence includes those checks and the passing four-platform/backend CI record. Earlier downloads and checksums are preserved; this world revision does not claim to resolve the known intermittent reload/restart failures.
This hotfix makes the handheld tools useful in mixed CEE/Power Grid circuits and fixes the example world's burner demonstration.
- PG multimeter: read voltage across either mod's accessible terminals and current on either mod's wires. Readings now come from the server's solved circuit.
- CEE clamp meter: hold right-click on a wire from either mod to read current; release or look away to stop.
- Example world: a separate 600 V supply brings the heater to working Create burner heat. A basin and a chest containing both meters and wire tools are included.
- Startup: protect registration callback updates from a race that caused the “uncaught parallel processing error” before joining a world. A regression test forces the affected interleaving and fails with the fix disabled.
- Open source: WWPG's own code and documentation are MIT licensed; the jar includes the license. Bundled PG native resources retain their Apache 2.0 license.
Replace the older WWPG jar on the server and every client. Keep Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.231, Java 21, Create 6.0.10-280, CEE 1.21.1-1.1.3, PG 0.6.2, and Architectury 13.0.8. Use solverBackend = "NATIVE" and multiTicks = 16; Java remains a tested fallback. Preserve any edits to the old example before extracting the new world.
Validation: 118 packaged checks (117 electrical/gameplay/lifecycle fixtures and one registration regression) passed with native and Java solvers. The example passed creation and restart checks. Two real clients checked 20 V terminal readings and approximately 1 A wire readings on both wire systems, then closed cleanly. All four Windows/Linux backend CI jobs passed on the tested implementation, and their jars match the local release jar byte for byte; see the CI run and the verification download for exact records.
Two intermittent acceptance failures remain unexplained: an earlier Linux/native circuit read 0 V after chunk reload, and a local Windows/native board-capacitor restart check read 0 V at tick 20. Later runs passed, and the diagnostic restart retained charge, but neither original cause is established. Their records remain visible; this hotfix does not claim to resolve them. Read installation instructions and current status and known issues. The original beta.1 downloads and evidence are preserved.
WWPG 0.1.0-beta.1 - stationary compatibility beta
WWPG's first stationary compatibility beta brings CEE devices and both mods' native wire systems into PG's authoritative electrical simulation, preserving upstream machine outputs, controls, storage, heat, protection and electronics workflows.
The declared support matrix covers 134 behaviors, including all 11 built-in CEE panel attachments and all 28 built-in PG board components.
Installation
Use Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.231, Java 21, Create 6.0.10-280, CEE 1.21.1-1.1.3, Power Grid 0.6.2 and Architectury 13.0.8. In config/powergrid-server.toml, use solverBackend = "NATIVE" and multiTicks = 16.
WWPG bundles the checksum-verified native v7 DLL/SO missing from PG 0.6.2, recovered from official PG 0.6.1 with a byte-identical JNI interface. Install PG 0.6.2; the donor mod is not a runtime dependency. Native validation covers Windows x86-64 and Ubuntu 24.04 x86-64; Linux requires glibc 2.38 or newer. Java remains a tested fallback.
Read the installation guide and support checklist.
Validation and downloads
The packaged jar passed 114 electrical/gameplay/lifecycle fixtures with native and Java on Windows and Linux, four equation tests, saved upstream reference comparisons, example-world creation/restart and two real TCP clients. Windows and Linux produced byte-identical jars. These are completed local checks; GitHub Actions results are separate.

This publication preserves the exact tested commit and assets from local release preparation; the bundled preparation manifest records that earlier local state.
Current status — 9 October 2026
The implementation is merged into main, and main CI passed all four Windows/Linux and native/Java jobs. One earlier Linux/native run failed a chunk-reload assertion; its cause remains unresolved despite later passing runs.
See current status and known issues and the overview for upstream authors. The published jar, example world, evidence archive, and checksums are unchanged. Repository documentation includes later status updates; the complete download bundle retains its original documentation snapshot.
