Fixed

  • Added a CCH branch-protection release preflight guard so repository review settings cannot silently drift from the intended CCH review gate.
  • The guard validates required status checks from both legacy contexts and app-scoped checks entries, reducing false release blocks across GitHub branch protection API shapes.
