VMMenu for DOS v1.3.2

New features:
Settings page, many of the menu options can now be set from within the menu itself. The default key to access settings is the backtick key ` which is usually on the key below the escape key. If you are running VMMenu and DOS Mame in an arcade cab, it's recommended that you bind the settings key to a control such as the service button or test switch, which are usually found inside the coin door.
