VMMenu for DOS v1.4

New features:
Autorun a game on startup, added by DanP
Show and Hide games from within the menu, accessed from the settings page. Optionally set the autorun game from the same page by pressing the 1 player start button.

The default key to access settings is the backtick key ` which is usually on the key below the escape key. If you are running VMMenu and DOS Mame in an arcade cab, it's recommended that you bind the settings key to a control such as the service button or test switch, which are usually found inside the coin door.
