Fixed

Archived memories are excluded from active Obsidian discovery.
Archive operations remove the memory from the sync manifest.
Added regression coverage for the archive lifecycle.

Verification

28 tests passed.
Production sync: 47 memories, 0 conflicts.
npm audit: 0 vulnerabilities.
