The /rpc hub reads a worker-written KV snapshot built from the full spec set, so the loader gate did not cover it: gate now applied at snapshot read (chains filtered, pivot and totals recomputed), writeback skipped on prod, cache key bumped v4 with env part. Two answer pages built on gated benches (evm-quote-latency, solana-tx-landing-latency) are filtered from listings and 410ed by middleware on prod.
