OpenSea v2 collections, stats and contract endpoints answer without a key (verified live including a burst test), but the harness sent an empty x-api-key header (401) and short-circuited on a missing key. Headers are now conditional and keyless mode is allowed; a configured key only raises rate-limit headroom. Restores the opensea rows lost with the corrupted secrets file.
