Prod incident: all-benchmarks aggregate cached 9 draft benches during the 20:03 UTC SRH congestion; every revalidation throws AllBenchmarksDraftError which preserves the poison. Root cause (SRH pool) fixed VPS-side; this purges the stuck cache via the standard key bump. Hotfix path per AGENTS.md; dev will be fast-forwarded/reconciled after.
