Cherry-picks #1300 (worker parts only; the site revalidate-aggregate route already landed via #1304 on main).
Fixes the 'aggregate STALE on ocb-par-main' alert: worker was built from main which lacked publishAggregate → latest.json hasn't updated in 22h since 2026-07-22 23:00 UTC when someone rebuilt from main.
After merge: rebuild + restart the worker container on the VPS and latest.json publishing resumes.
