Kalshi's WS ticker channel is delta-only (no snapshot on subscribe). Its "connect-to-snapshot" metric = time to next price update, driven by market activity, not connection speed. Putting it in the same rank_matrix as Polymarket's real connect-to-snapshot allowed misleading comparisons in the leaderboard.
Kalshi remains as a provider with all its panels and queries — just removed from the ranking column.
