gmx-v2 has no perp_venue_active_markets data (DefiLlama overview doesn't expose market count for it). Removes the provider from bench 144 to avoid the 'missing p50,p90,p99' skip on every materialize sweep. Bench runs cleanly with 4 providers: gains, hyperliquid, dydx, ostium.
