Ledger table gets caption + th scope attrs for answer-engine extraction. Visible 'Data as of ' stamp under the ledger from benchmark.lastRunAt. RSS lastBuildDate was frozen at 2026-06-09 (bench-published map had 18/63 entries); map regenerated and lastBuildDate switched to generation time. tsc clean, dev-server verified, 63 RSS items.
