Adds Bitcoin with an own-clock 6-confirmation measurement (T1 first sight at tip, T2 tip 6 past it, harness clock, miner timestamps never trusted). Prose states probabilistic vs deterministic finality, the exchange deposit convention, and the height-only reorg bound. Hostile review passed; go build/vet + SpecSchema OK. First publish ~70 min after deploy.
