New gauge perp_fees_all_in_bps_tier{venue,chain,notional} rewalking the already fetched book (zero extra API calls); headline series byte-identical math (reviewer diffed line by line). Walk exhaustion deletes the tier series and counts a skip, never extrapolates. GMX and gains verified size independent. Two metric_panels copy the perp-funding pattern. go build/vet + SpecSchema OK.
