Added — Usage insights (local-first) + self-healing CI

• Tool-usage counters, local-only by construction (lib/usage.ts): every tool call increments a per-tool count in ~/.chaingpt-mcp/usage.json (debounced flush, never blocks a call). Stored: tool names, counts, last-used timestamps — never arguments, addresses, amounts, or results. No remote endpoint exists in the code. CHAINGPT_USAGE=off disables entirely.
• Dashboard → Health: "Tool usage (top 15)" — which tools actually earn their context cost, with the privacy note inline.
• chaingpt_agent_wallet_status shows the 24h velocity window — 0.12/0.3 native spent · 4/20 txs against the daily caps, so "how much room is left today" never requires reading the ledger by hand. Ledger-unreadable surfaces as the fail-closed warning it is.
• Self-healing CI (.github/workflows/self-heal.yml, PR #72): a failed daily smoke dispatches Claude to reproduce, probe the live upstream, patch the parser, run the full gate, and open an evidence-backed PR (PR-only authority; skips until ANTHROPIC_API_KEY secret is provisioned).

Tests

• New usage suite (counting, debounced flush, privacy-shape assertion on the file, off-switch). Suite 361 → 365.
