Summary:

Upgrade github.com/Chaintable/pipeline to v0.0.66.
Refresh the corresponding go.sum checksums.

Testing:

go mod verify passed.
go test ./... was attempted locally but could not complete due to repository/environment prerequisites such as missing generated assets, Go toolchain mismatch, or platform-specific native build constraints.
