EasyTier 2.7.0-chance.1: upstream 2.7.0 merge + mobile UX pass

- merge upstream EasyTier 2.7.0 (core/acl/config/upnp/wasi/ohos + android back-press, QS tile, notification dedup)
- mobile UI/UX pass: refresh tap-blocker, light-theme chart, touch targets, ACL touch reorder, import/export, a11y, i18n
