EasyTier 2.7.0-chance.4 — 导航融合进 App + 字体根因修复

- 去掉独立的「高级控制台」：导航归 App，组网/设备/配置/动态成为一级页签，
  RemoteManagement 只作为面板渲染（新增 hideTabBar / 受控 panel，缺省行为不变）
- 修复 Vuetify 排版工具类硬编码 Roboto 导致中文掉系统字体（无 CJK 环境是豆腐块，
  有 CJK 的机器上中英混排两套字形）——覆盖 80 个 .text-* 类，不误伤 .text-mono
- 修复 .et-peer__path 的 max-width:42% 把路径列裁成一个字（grid 项目百分比
  相对自身网格区域解析，24px×42%=10.08px）
- lint 新增 vuetify-font-override 不变式，并修掉 linter 自身两个缺陷
