A large visual and usability pass over the alternative sheet, plus a set of
layout fixes reported in play.
New
- Three selectable sheet themes — Refined Parchment, Hybrid (native-like)
and Neutral Slate. Each one combines with dark mode, giving six looks.
Switch from the module settings or the palette button in the sheet header. - Compact mode — a per-user setting with denser inventory and container rows.
- Configurable Summary skill list — choose whether the quick skill list shows
ranked skills, class skills, or all of them. - Nested feature links — features that link child items (an Alchemist's
Discovery and its discoveries, for example) now show those children indented
beneath the parent instead of scattered through the list. Works for any feature
with linked children. - Container polish — empty containers show an inviting drop zone, child rows
get a visible drag grip, and drop feedback follows the active theme. - Accessibility — visible keyboard focus outlines, and tabular figures so
number columns stop shifting as values change.
Fixed
- Dropping a feat from a compendium no longer sends the sheet back to Summary.
The Features tab is now named the way the PF1E system expects when it focuses
the tab for a newly created item. - Spellbook columns now line up. The activation / components / school columns
had no fixed width, and the three row controls forced a further 10px drift
against the two-control header. - Spellbook configuration panel stacks correctly and scales with the sheet
width; the Concentration / Caster Level / range row stays horizontal, and the
config buttons no longer occupy a full column. - Class list stacks one class per row instead of splitting into columns as
classes are added. - Tab bar — equal-width tabs, no gaps, smooth transitions, and the active tab
no longer nudges its neighbours. - Dark mode is now fully token-based, so the Hybrid and Neutral Slate themes
are coherent in the dark instead of picking up parchment tones.
Module compatibility
- Koboldworks Item Hints — hint chips are now legible in dark mode, and they
show up on the class list as they do on the system sheet.
Under the hood
- Lint and type-checking tooling: ESLint (flat config) with Prettier, JSDoc and
import rules, pluscheckJstype-checking from JSDoc.
