Updates:

Rebuilt the Windows installer and portable package from the latest source.
Improved paper-generation workflow stability, resume/cancel support, and result backfilling.
Fixed display-formula handling so standalone constraints are centered and numbered automatically.
Improved model validation backfill with concrete tables, figures, and computed values.
