MathModelingWorkbench Windows Client v0.1.16

Updates:

Rebuilt the Windows installer and portable package from the latest source.
Refreshed the client branding as ModelArk / 数模方舟.
Added light/dark theme switching with saved user preference.
Added a direct "获取 API Key" entry that opens api.chshapi.org.
Polished the claymorphism frontend for desktop and narrow screens.
