v0.1.0 - Initial public-safe Codex skin packs

Verified public-safe Codex skin packs. Recommended first pack: Caishen Readable, because it is the most readable Caishen variant and is getting the clearest usage signal.

Windows Theme Inject users: the earlier Theme Inject package was closed as incompatible by the maintainer. Use the release ZIP, installer Skill, or portable .cds-theme.zip path instead.
