There were other occurrences of discord URL in the code but I wasn't sure wether I should replace those. May be a good opportunity to replaces those as well. |

Description
Update the
MoreInfostatus card links to point to the correct Chaptarr wiki and GitHub repository URLs. This change fixes stale/outdated links that still referenced the Discord invite for the wiki and the oldrobertlordhood/ChaptarrGitHub path.The Reddit entry has also been commented until the subreddit is created.
