Add XDebug

I know @rmccue doesn't like PhpStorm but after watching this webinar last night: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LUTolQw8K9A I'm going to be using XDebug during all my dev going forward now that I've fully set it up on some old WAMP sites.

My days of echoing and var_dumping are over 🎆

I've pretty much got this setup in this branch: https://github.com/sennza/WordPress-Skeleton/tree/xdebug however I need to SSH and sudo service php5-fpm restart so that /etc/php5/fpm/conf.d/xdebug.ini is loaded as an additional ini file which is undesirable as that should happen automagically during vagrant up

Ok, here's the deal after a short briefing by @rmccue on Twitter:

1. vagrant ssh into your box
2. sudo apt-get install php5-xdebug to install it and Y to confirm.

Maybe the README should be updated to explain that :)

@franz-josef-kaiser Thanks for adding the wiki entry! We did have it in by default and took it out during this: #53 I'll finalise the two extensions I have for Chassis when I'm back at work next week. I should be able to fix #58 while I'm at it too 😄
