v0.4.0.A - Pretty big changes to the GUI, CLI options, etc

Depenencies

• Added libfmt as a dependency. C++20 std::format was attempted first but was discontinued as support may vary (this didn't work on the GitHub runners for example)

Bug fixes

New features

• Logging was revamped. Windows users can now also see the logs in the new F8 menu.
• A command-line parser was added. This includes --help. Also resolves #6
• Windows icon! Use --icon in your cross compiler configuration to compile with icon.
• Oscilloscope in background.

Other changes

• Null effects now show up as a grey -----.
• Changing an effect to null zeros out the value associated with it.
