BulkPurchase 1.1

Implemented bug fixes related to carts being filled when the player jumps after closing the manager blackboard with the X button.
Added 2 new buttons:
Remove All - Removes all items in the cart.
Needs Only - Adds one box of each product under a threshold of 40 units available in stock.
