下载 ProjectLens-0.1.0-win-x64.exe，选择文件夹后开始扫描。便携版无需安装，未代码签名（NotSigned）；校验值见 SHA256SUMS.txt。没有独立的网页扫描版。
基础验证：4/4 规则测试、生产构建、TypeScript 检查通过。当前为 0.1.0 MVP，静态启发式规则可能误报或遗漏，不能替代编译、测试和完整安全审计。本次未做便携程序端到端扫描。
The first edition of ProjectLens: a local-first Windows project health scanner for code, configuration and documentation, with explainable static findings and clear next steps.

Download ProjectLens-0.1.0-win-x64.exe, choose a folder and start scanning. This is an unsigned (NotSigned) portable executable, without an installer. Verify it with SHA256SUMS.txt. No independent web scanner is included.
Basic verification: 4/4 rule tests, production build and TypeScript validation passed. Version 0.1.0 is an MVP; static heuristics can miss issues and produce false positives. They do not replace compilation, testing or a full security review. A packaged-app end-to-end scan was not performed in this publication pass.
