Align project name and module path with the repository

- Change the module path to github.com/ChengDSYJ-Studio/CNKI-Enhanced-MCP so it can be installed with go install
- Rename the project to CNKI Enhanced MCP in banners, diagrams, READMEs, the tool contract, the companion skill and setup messages
- Name release and source archives after the repository
- Use the full Releases URL in the READMEs and document go install
- Add .gitignore and remove the generated SOURCE_MANIFEST.sha256
