RustConstructor v0.1.0更新

这是一个基于egui构建的框架，本身自带一个完整的页面，只需略微修改即可使用。
此外，除去egui和eframe本身所提供的工具，RustConstructor还提供了高级渲染图片和文本的方法。这些方法可以自定义渲染物的位置及大小等参数并存储起来，调用时基本上只需要一个索引便可以直接显示。
RustConstructor v0.1.0版本仅进行了最基础的内容更新（受限于设备，我们只能提供源代码）。

This is a framework built based on egui, which comes with a complete page, only slightly modified can be used. In addition, except to the tools provided by egui and eframe themselves, RustConstructor also provides the most advanced methods for rendering images and text. These methods can customize parameters such as the position and size of the render and store them, and basically only need an index to be displayed directly when called.
