Installing windowbuilder for Jframe application in eclipse.

Installtion of the Jframe application:

1. Check the Internety connection is proper.
2. Click on help --> Eclipse Marketplace --> Search for WindowBuilder Current and Install.
3. Once the installation is completed restart the IDE.
