Fixed issue with external/outbound links. I removed the ability to track outbound links that weren't opening in a new tab. This action requires you to prevent default click action to give enough time to Google Analytics to trigger events and then was redirecting to the url afterwards but this causes issues for things like popup videos that have external links but should not open a new page but instead open modal.
