I think we should avoid language like "highly recommended". We are recommending links by putting them in the agenda. Is it worth taking the best half of the OP_RETURN stuff? That's a lot of links.

sorry, that makes sense.

the only links I was going to actually review were the ones in the overview section, the rest are just there for reference in case people want to review stuff later. I feel like its hard for people to absorb everything from a presentation so it might be good to have a way for them to easily go back and research on their own time.
