The main screen displays our sunlight meter to show the progress of a user's time outside. Unlike other apps that only ask for a scan of the sunlight once, we wanted to ensure a user is truly getting their sunlight by having a periodic scan throughout the user's specified during of sunlight. Once the meter is full, then the apps the user specified to block become unblocked. In the upper-right corner, we have our settings, which include configurations for alarms, blocked apps, goals, streak, and a sleep log. The alarms section allows a user to have multiple alarms in which they would like to get sunlight during that time of day. The blocked apps is for the user to choose which apps they want blocked during the sunlight time. Goals is a section for users to assign some habits they want to maintain along with getting sufficient sunlight and sleep for better energy throughout their day. Streaks is a fun, little section that displays the progress of the user's goals/habits, and depending on how successful the user is at achieving them, the avatar/face below those streaks will change accordingly (e.g., happy, sad, etc.). Last but not least, we decided to include a sleep log for the user to take note of their sleep to gain insight on why the user may be feeling low-energy levels besides sunlight deficiency.
