Added

• The map controls what it shows, as the live panel does: x freezes the selected agent (its
  veins go cold, a chain through it is shown as held) and m switches it between log and block
  mode (block-mode agents wear a green ring). Both ask first, act on the next tool call without a
  restart, and say so when no policy guards the agent yet. The panel's own map shows the same marks.
