Install

• Any platform: download chipwright-universal-0.1.1.vsix, then:
  code --install-extension chipwright-universal-0.1.1.vsix
• Apple Silicon macOS (bundles the prebuilt digital-twin binary, no toolchain needed): use chipwright-darwin-arm64-0.1.1.vsix.

The universal build works everywhere; its Twin debugger builds from source when the Chipwright workspace is open. The platform build embeds the twin so it runs anywhere.
