v0.2.1 — Consistency and Clarity

A small follow-up to v0.2.0. It fixes descriptions that the 0.2.0 card change had left stale, aligns the shipped schemas with the current record shapes, and makes the core concepts easy to read from the documents alone.

Fixed

• Stale "the human view keeps every clause" descriptions replaced with the bounded card + EVIDENCE-INDEX.json wording across the framework reference, the packaged agent guidance and the knowledge-stewardship guide.
• Skill lifecycle schema and contract aligned to the current mgskill-effect-v2/v3 record shape, with the effect-outcome vocabulary carried through the templates, the framework reference and the portable validator.
• Adapter lists include the optional Hermes adapter; the runtime-demo sample is path- and hash-neutral and matches current output; ledger path examples corrected.

The distributed packages (objective-integrity-framework-0.2.1.zip and the skills-only plugin package) are rebuilt from this tag. No migration is needed from 0.2.0.
