Semantic Runtime v0.1.0: the first release of the semantic infrastructure layer for AI Agents.

• Core data models: Entity / Relation / Metric / Evidence / Policy
• YAML model loader with validation
• Registry, graph engine (traversal, dependencies)
• Deterministic context resolver (no LLM) + metric dependency resolution
• Policy-based operation validation (default deny) + SQL guardrails + model integrity validation
• MCP server with five tools (stdio)
• Schema connectors: SQLite (built-in), PostgreSQL / MySQL / Snowflake (optional extras)
• e-commerce semantic pack (semantic_runtime.packs)
