v0.7.1 — Critical bugfix: restore all API endpoints

Critical Fix

_ensure_document_store() was passing a removed kwarg to DocumentStore.__init__, causing every API endpoint to return 500. This broke memory search, gate rules, session summarization — everything that touches the database.

The desloppify cleanup in v0.7.0 removed embedding_dim from DocumentStore.__init__ but missed updating the caller in write.py. The hook's graceful fallback (status != 200 → return empty) made the failure completely silent — no errors, just no memories surfaced.

• fix: Remove stale embedding_dim kwarg that crashed all API calls
• test: Add test_init_wiring.py — static AST + runtime tests that verify _ensure_document_store() kwargs match DocumentStore.__init__ signature. Would have caught this regression instantly.
