Initial Prototype

This is an INITIAL PROTOTYPE, if this a) breaks your computer or b) does not work, it is not my fault lols

Install by doing the following (there will be a script soon):

1. Create the /ruffles directory and add it to your path.
2. Download the Ruffles executable and add it to /usr/bin.
3. Run sudo ruffles(package name) to try to install something. (Or run it logged in as root but who even does that in this day and age)
