Lecture Reminders

Since this bot is written for a discord Server of students, having reminders for each course is pretty handy.

The bot is capable of reading iCal calendars, and sending notifications 5 Minutes prior to lecture start with a ping to a certain channel, so not a single soul should miss upcoming lectures.
