Repo rehydration / docs sweep after the 2026-07-13 revival + generalist-expansion merge wave (15 PRs merged to main; ADR-0044/0045/0046 ratified).

Docs-governance + golden-principles checks pass locally. Docs-only.

Closes nothing (records delivery).

Code Review

This pull request updates the project's documentation—specifically OUTSTANDING_TASKS.md, docs/IMPLEMENTATION_MASTERPLAN.md, and docs/STATUS.md—to reflect the delivery of the Revival and Generalist-Expansion wave on 2026-07-13, which merged 15 PRs and ratified ADR-0044, ADR-0045, and ADR-0046. The review feedback correctly identifies two minor typographical issues in docs/STATUS.md: the use of the non-standard word 'unappliable' and a likely typo in 'on-ember' (given the project's tech stack). Both comments are valid and should be addressed to maintain documentation quality.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.

Revival + generalist-expansion wave delivery (2026-07-13, **15 PRs merged** — the revival/GEN direction is now live on `main`; per-PR review gate: independent adversarial reviews, all-severity findings fixed, real merge conflicts resolved, required CI green after the `#1352` CI-Extended fix):
- **Direction ratified:** `#1296` (ADR-0044 revival pivot — open-beta direction + REVIVAL_PLAN spine + canonical doc sync), `#1328` (ADR-0046 generalist expansion — artefact intake + dossiers, Phase 4; the twin generalist app stays deferred behind the GEN-12 `#1326` evidence gate), `#1312` (ADR-0045 LLM transcript-triage engine, REVIVAL-08 M1). **ADR-0044 / ADR-0045 / ADR-0046 are all now Accepted.**
- **Generalist expansion (GEN wave, ADR-0046):** `#1341` GEN-01 artefact-storage foundation (immutable user-owned `SourceArtefact` + blobs; claims-scoped, IDOR-safe upload/download/delete with a race-safe in-transaction board-access recheck; streaming size caps preserving HTTP 413; magic-byte content validation; FK cascade + GDPR export/delete — independently security-reviewed, no CRITICAL/HIGH) → `#1346` GEN-02 bounded local text extraction (plain-text / Markdown / PdfPig, immutable warning-bearing extraction history); `#1339` GEN-05 apply due dates + labels from proposals (closes the extract-but-unappliable gap — also fixed a latent bug where a tautological guard silently cleared a column's WIP limit on *every* reorder, and made proposal reorder atomic/lossless with the destination position shown in the approval diff); `#1340` GEN-09 untrusted-artefact threat model + injection canaries; `#1342` GEN-10 generalist-friendly guided navigation.

The word 'unappliable' is non-standard. Consider using 'unapplyable' or 'unapplicable' for standard English spelling.

There is a typo in 'on-ember'. Since the project uses a Vue 3 frontend (not Ember.js) and features a 'paper' theme, this should likely be 'on-hover', 'on-paper', or 'on-amber' depending on the intended color/state contrast adjustment.

Self-review (docs sweep)

Finding — LOW (accuracy): the first draft said "15 PRs merged" but the wave lists omitted #1336 (overnight human-action + failure-ledger record) and misattributed #1352 / #1351 / #1349 as part of the session merges — those three were merged first by the maintainer to unblock the deck (the linchpin + dependabot), not part of this session's 15.

Fix — 1242f606: added #1336 to the "Infra / harness / ops" line in STATUS + MASTERPLAN + the OUTSTANDING changelog, and reframed #1352/#1351/#1349 as the maintainer's prerequisite merges. The session count is now exactly 15 (3 direction + 5 GEN + 5 REVIVAL + #1294 + #1336); #1352/#1351/#1349 are called out separately.

Verification: node scripts/check-docs-governance.mjs → passed; node scripts/check-golden-principles.mjs → passed. Cross-checked every PR→wave→ADR attribution against the actual merges. Docs-only; no code.
