v1.2.2 — usage-only boundary fix

This corrective release removes the Tailscale/mobile remote-control implementation that was accidentally included in v1.2.1.

• dsh-codex-meter now contains only DeepSeek usage, balance, token, cost, trend, context, and API-activity features.
• Remote access remains available through an independent local plugin.
• Added an English package-boundary regression test.

Validated with npm test, npm pack --dry-run, and a live DSH Desktop Settings check.
