Repos moved ChrisonSimtian → the chrison-dev org. Update the GitHub Packages feed URL (nuget.config + ci/publish workflows), the package Repository/Project URLs, and the README Homelab link to Chrison-dev. Publishes already landed on chrison-dev (push routes by repo owner regardless of URL); this fixes restore + metadata to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
