Git Bundle Workflow

• chucky fetch <session-id> - Download git bundle from a session
• chucky apply <session-id> - Apply bundle changes to working directory
• chucky diff <session-id> - Show changes in a session bundle
• chucky discard <session-id> - Delete a fetched branch
• chucky log <session-id> - Show commit history in a bundle
• chucky pull <session-id> - Fetch and apply in one command

Session Management

• chucky sessions list - List recent sessions with bundle status
• chucky sessions get <id> - Get session details

Auto-Apply

• chucky prompt --apply - Automatically apply changes after prompt completes
• chucky jobs create --apply - Wait for job and apply changes (implies --wait)

Improvements

• Support prefix matching for session IDs (like git commit hashes)
• Automatic merge fallback when fast-forward fails
• Improved archive creation with better gitignore handling
