视频仍在排队或生成中时，查询现在返回明确的 pending 回执，避免空结果被 n8n 表现为 HTTP 500。查询失败保留原任务编号，不会自动重新生成。中文、英文排障说明和完整 Setup Skill 已同步。

运行代码通过 Windows、macOS、Ubuntu 与 Docker 的实际 n8n 回归，以及完整服务器升级、冷恢复和断网安装检查。已有 Seedance 任务的只读查询通过，没有新增生成或飞书写入。

可灵的一次独立验收被 HTTP 429 / 1102 资源包错误拒绝，仍未通过成片验收；不会自动重试。其他模型的真实验收、第二个飞书账号和独立设备安装分别记录，不宣称全部可生产使用。详见 a41 验收记录。

使用本机 Node.js、Docker、已有 n8n 或独立服务器。已有项目按 原地升级指引显式更新；原绑定、凭据和账本保留。安装不会调用收费模型。

The video query now returns an explicit pending receipt rather than an empty last-node result. Query errors retain the existing job and never authorize resubmission. Four-platform real n8n and server regression passed; provider acceptance and human review remain separate. One Kling request was rejected with resource-pack code 1102 and was not retried.

Includes the fixed server installer, complete Setup Skill, installation guide, checksums and dependency notices/source. Consult handoff.json for the exact package source and final build checks.

本机 Node.js、Docker、已有 n8n 与 Ubuntu 完整服务栈继续沿用 Skill / CLI 安装、飞书原表操作和客户自己的 n8n；没有新增员工网页门户。

本版补充便携多模型配置、失败 HTTP 回执与 Seedream 精确模型别名校验。Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 按现有账号已开通版本选择；不自动创建 Key、开通模型、切换已有项目或复用旧费用计划。

真实隔离验收：Seedance 2.0 一次有声视频生成（5.088 秒、720×1280）和 Seedream 5.0 Lite 一张 2K 图片（2048×2048）均已写回飞书、完成媒体完整解码；各仅一次生成请求，保持待本人审核。首次视频查询曾返回错误，后续仅查询同一个任务并完成回写，没有再次生成。原失败记录保留。

DeepSeek 与 MiniMax H3 的历史真实验收保留。可灵尚未完成成片闭环，Seedance 2.5、万相及其他新增文字模型仍须真实账户验收。四平台合成检查不替代真人和实际业务验收。第二账号权限、非作者独立安装、真实桌面退出/登录仍待验；n8n Cloud SaaS 本轮跳过。

Local Node.js/Docker setup, existing-n8n integration and the Ubuntu full stack retain the Skill/CLI + Feishu + customer-owned n8n product shape. This release adds provider selection and bounded HTTP failure receipts, accepts exact Seedream response-model aliases, and lets existing Seedance accounts choose their enabled 2.0 or 2.5 model. Saved projects and fee plans never switch automatically.

One separately authorized Seedance 2.0 video and one Seedream 5.0 Lite image passed real generation, Feishu writeback and full decoding. Both await human review. A failed initial video poll was followed by read-only reconciliation and writeback of the same job, without another generation. Other provider/account/device gates remain open; this is not a production-readiness guarantee.

升级前保留绑定目录、凭据引用、计划和账本，暂停本项目入口并先核对在途或未知请求。模型、接口或参数变化必须重新确认费用；结果未知不得自动重发。

本次维护版把已合并的便携原地升级与 CLI 修复装进完整下载包。产品形态不变：Agent Skill / CLI 安装，飞书 Base 操作，客户自己的 n8n 执行。

• 新增 upgrade-plan / upgrade-apply：在原绑定目录预览并核对计划，更新原工作流，保留 ID、凭据和执行回执，不重装 n8n。
• 升级要求本项目工作流暂停、执行账本已对账；用户修改过的工作流不会被覆盖。更新后保持关闭，不调用模型、不写 Base。
• PUT 超时保留检查点，只通过读取结果续接；不能证明成功时停止，不自动重复写入。
• 修复直接运行 CLI 时辅助模块错误逸出的问题，返回可识别的错误结果，不显示堆栈或 Key。

Before upgrading, pause this project's workflows and reconcile pending/unknown calls. Use the original binding directory and review the exact upgrade digest. Existing n8n, credentials, workflow IDs and receipts are retained. Templates remain disabled. The CLI reports helper errors consistently without secret-bearing tracebacks.

本版本没有新增员工网页，也没有新增模型付费验收。其他脚本/视频模型与 Seedream 仍是独立候选工作；第二真实账号、非作者安装、真实桌面退出/登录和可选快照真实验收仍待完成。n8n Cloud 实例测试按维护者安排跳过。

• 费用确认严格绑定实际调用的模型、接口地址和参数。配置改变、参数缺失或旧计划版本均在调用前停止。
• 修复可选结果快照在明确创建失败、未产生远端表和写入日志后的恢复；未知提交仍停止并要求对账。
• 固定服务器归档只打包 Git 跟踪的 Skill 普通文件，排除本地缓存、未跟踪配置和符号链接。
• 同步完整 Skill、升级指引与常见错误的处理说明。

升级前暂停本项目收费入口并保存计划和回执。旧费用计划不会自动迁移或重发；先核对在途/未知请求，没有已提交请求时才取消并重新申请确认。已有 n8n 和其他项目保持原管理方式。

便携路线没有通用自动原地迁移命令。下载新 Skill 不会替换既有 n8n 工作流；welcome 是安装/续接入口。已有项目出现 BINDING_CHANGED_USE_NEW_PROJECT_OR_EXPLICIT_MIGRATION 时保留原配置，停止并安排显式迁移；不要删除绑定文件或换项目名绕过检查。完整 Ubuntu 栈的升级与便携流程迁移是两件事。

This maintenance alpha binds each owner-approved plan to the exact executable model profile, narrows empty result-snapshot recovery, and restricts runtime Skill archives to tracked regular source files. Existing a36 release assets remain unchanged. Reconcile outstanding requests before upgrading; never migrate or replay an old spending confirmation automatically.

Subsequent source maintenance: portable in-place upgrade (#57) and direct CLI error handling (#59) have passed their recorded cloud checks and merged. They are not included in these frozen a37 assets; the next packaged version remains separate. Current uncompleted acceptance and provider work are listed in the closeout checklist.

This alpha includes portable Node.js/Docker setup and existing-n8n integration. Isolated acceptance verified real Feishu, DeepSeek, one H3 shot and first-attempt owner-confirmed script generation with human approval. Server archive source: 6255eb43888015f277e03569e81e249f20879edb; complete release regression passed. Four-platform n8n checks passed on the identical runtime tree.

Guide/Skill packaging source: 324bdd642e528d8ca8623768b525df86c787f4f2. A pre-publication audit removed one generated Python cache; all 13 Skill source files match the fixed runtime source, and all 42 guide files have verified hashes. The server archive is unchanged. Source-only packaging and page checks passed; delivery-manifest.json records both sources.

Post-publication checks: anonymous fixed installation, exact fixed guide/Skill and official-site live verification all passed. The official product route now serves a36; its 42 delivery-file hashes, clipboard instructions, download links, navigation and browser interactions were checked against the released guide. Website source 614e5ae56203b8cb57b78d96fe2012cbb685b668 is tree-identical to merged website main 78dc723477c9d401a71fc8a28391ea0f191a2095.
