Reproducibility Capsule

Author: Ciprian Ștefan Pleșca
Status: Repeatable reference procedure for CIGP v0.1

The capsule gives an independent reviewer a compact route from source code to an observed verification result. It is a research procedure, not a production deployment guide.

Expected result: the valid fixture returns VALID; the deliberate tamper fixture returns INVALID; a generated JSONL ledger passes hash-chain and proof verification. Descriptive statistics are intentionally not a fairness certificate.
